This class was designed to be a review lesson of simpler dances and figures for those who might've been away from dancing for a while. All dance directions come from MiniCrib--see original publications for more detailed directions.

Practice good turns in 4 bars

HIGHLAND FAIR (J8x32) 2C (4C set) Bk of Graded SCDs

1- 8 1s cast, dance down behind own lines, turn outwards & dance back to place

9-16 1s+2s turn partners RH back to place & then turn LH

17-24 1s, followed by 2s, lead down the middle & 2s lead back to the top

25-32 2s+1s dance R&L

Review Pas de basque

1- 8 1s+2s+3s set & cross RH, set & cross back RH

9-16 1s lead down the middle for 4 bars & back to top

17-24 1s cast to 2^nd place on own sides & circle 4H round to the left with 3s

25-32 2s+1s dance R&L

1- 8 1s set, cast 1 place, cross RH, & cast down 1 place on opposite sides

9-16 1s+3s dance 4H round to left, 1s lead up to top, cast off opposite sides to face 1^st corners

17-24 1s set & turn 1^st corner, set & turn 2^nd corner

25-32 1s dance reels of 3 on opposite sides giving LSh to 1^st corners & cross RH to 2^nd place on own sides

25-32 1s dance reels of 3 on opposite sides giving RSh to 2^nd corners & cross RH to places
